Major: Biomedical engineering

Minors: Electrical engineering and mathematics

Activities: Dance Team; Tau Beta Pi; Delta Phi Epsilon; Peer Mentor (Accommodative Services); Order of Omega; Biomedical Engineering Society; ECBE Help Desk Coordinator; Scholars Program

Favorite classes: I have taken so many classes that I have loved, but a few of my favorites are Orthopaedic Biomechanics with Professor Loya, Biomedical Instrumentation with Professor Buma, my Capstone Design Project with Professors Cotter, Currey and Loya, and the dance practicum classes.

What I will miss most: The incredible people that I have met. I will forever cherish the relationships that I have formed with fellow students and professors.

Advice for incoming students: Make the most of your four years here because they will fly by! Embrace new experiences, discover your passions, and find your people.

Life after Union: I will pursue my master’s in clinical engineering at the University of Connecticut while working as a clinical engineering intern at Yale New Haven Health.

Favorite classes: Philosophy of Aesthetics with David Friedell and Intro to Creative Writing with Shena McAuliffe.

What I will miss most: The community of amazing friends and supportive professors I have.

Advice for incoming students: Advocate for yourself, and ask for the things you want. Everyone at Union wants to help you succeed; you just need to ask, and they will help you get there.

Life after Union: I will start a Ph.D. program in mathematics at Boston College this fall.
